In order to strengthen our team of professionals, Cheops Technology is looking for a passionat Support Engineer.
The tasks below are part of your responsabilities:
• User support:
- Remote and onsite support
- Remote and onsite installation
- Opening and following-up of incidents
- Analysis of cases
- Escalation to 3rd level
• Implementing installations onsite at the customer
• Installation of remote backup solutions- Profile
Education
Bachelor in IT or equal through similar experiences.
Minimum 2 jaar soortgelijke ervaring is noodzakelijk
Skills
Technical requirements:
• Client Operating Systemen: XP, Vista, Windows 2000
• Server Operating Systemen: Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 (Active Directory, Organisation Units, Admin tools)
• Knowledge and experience with backup solutions
• Extensive knowledgen TCP/IP en communicatie (LAN, WAN, VPN…) is necessary.
• Knowledge of server client solutions
• Good knowledge of: VLAN, IPSec, DFS, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, SMTP, WEP, WPA
Personality
• Aware of responsabilities and the importance of high-quality work
• Capable of working in team, team-spirit
• Sense for continious service delivery
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible when it comes to distances and tasks- Offer
