Senior System Engineer Consulting [ « Back to the summary of vacancies ]

Job description

• You will be responsable for the implementation, configuration and migration of integrated solutions (Servers, Storage, Networks, Client Access, Security)
• This job also involves testing, troubleshooting and validating the implemented solutions
• You will work as a consultant with our customers executing long term projects
• You will participate in the design of IT-infrastructures/systems
• You will participate in projects such as migrations
• Your technical skills and experiences will play an important role in tis dynamic environment.

Profile

Education
You are a Graduat/Bachelor in IT or equal by experience.


Skills

• You have an extensive knowledge of server hardware and Windows platforms
• You are familiar with the major exploitation systems, the top-players in networking and desktop aaplications. Good knowledge of TCP/IP and communication (LAN, WAN, VPN…) is necessary.
• You are experienced in working with Terminal Server
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange, Citrix, Active Directory, VMware, Cisco
• You can rely on a proven work method and are capable of making detailed technical documentation
• Relevant experience in several virtualization projects and Microsoft-products
• You have experience in managing complex company networks
• Having certificates is an important advantage (Citrix, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft).
