Managed Services - Cheops takes partial or complete responsibility for the management and maintenance of business networks. For this purpose we offer ProActive Services based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA). These ProActive services can be combined in modular form and include Server and Network Monitoring, Managed Security Services, Remote Health Check, Periodic System Management and Remote Helpdesk.
