Cheops Technology migrates to WebEx in offering Remote Support.

Cheops Technology has been offering its clients Remote Support for many a year and a day. Because of the strong growth of the company the necessity of migrating to a tool that is capable of accommodating the growth of Cheops, with loads more and still better technical facilities, became very clear.

Cheops recognised that the potential of the WebEx Support Center answered these criteria. The Service Desk is not only capable of co-viewing the screen or PC and taking over the applications remotely at the customer's request, our employees are also be able to implement all possible procedures in order to keep the client's systems operational.
