Recruitment of Planning Coordinator

Following an exhaustive audit of our business procedures and a customer satisfaction survey in 2007, Cheops was awarded the “Q for Customer Satisfaction quality label.”.
This certificate is a recognition of our continuous efforts in our drive towards quality and professionalism.
Cheops is very much aware of the need for further investments in quality assurance.
That is why we aspire to using the “Qfor” evaluation report as the launchpad for further improvements and optimisation of our service provision.
One outcome of this is the recent recruitment of Anja Eykmans as permanent “Planning Coordinator” of our Service Desk.
Anja has been active since the beginning of April within the Cheops Service Centre and has built up extensive experience from similar appointments in the ICT departments at KBC and Apem.
As Planning Coordinator Anja will be responsible for:
- the efficient planning, coordination and follow-up of projects and interventions;
- providing communication with our customers and engineers;
- following up Service Level Agreements.

Besides the appointment of our Planning Coordinator, the team was also strengthened by the recruitment of a Support Engineer and a Systems Engineer.
