Deutsche Leasing teams up with Cheops

The lease solution specialist, Deutsche Leasing, has selected Cheops Technology for the implementation of its next-generation IT infrastructure. The Deutsche Leasing Group is a successful international player in the area of leasing solutions for vehicles, machines and IT and communications technology. Deutsche Leasing has offered services in Belgium since 2009.
Cheops Technology was asked to implement a next-generation IT infrastructure with a Gold SLA. This Service Level Agreement guarantees that specialists from Cheops are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and ensures the uptime of the systems and the network is maximised. Cheops will also ensure users are provided with comprehensive support.
At Deutsche Leasing, Cheops implemented a server infrastructure based on a central server system and the use of Microsoft Exchange as an e-mail platform. To ensure maximum availability, flexibility and security, the servers and storage were virtualised using VMware vSphere and replicated to the Cheops DataCenter.
Protection from viruses and spam is provided by Cheops Managed Email Security. This means the client does not have to invest in hardware, software or maintenance. The network is also proactively managed by means of the permanent monitoring of Deutsche Leasing’s servers, firewalls and other network components.
