With a Support IT contract you are assured of rapid intervention - both by telephone and via our helpdesk and on-site - for any problems with your IT infrastructure. This is a package of hours or days for interventions and installations which you can buy at a preferential rate in relation to a cost-plus contract. Once every month you will get an overview of all the interventions that have been provided, with a breakdown of the time that was spent and the remaining credit.
Via Support IT you yourself decide the level of support by making a selection from the various additional ProActive Services. In this way you can create a package which – notwithstanding the modest entry price - is entirely customised for you!
