Cheops takes over industry partner IT-flex

Customers are relying more than ever on Cheops’ expertise to manage their IT systems in the cloud. Cheops is now expanding its services with the expertise from IT-flex in order to satisfy the growing demand from companies to integrate and align their applications and infrastructure.

‘There’s a shift to the so-called IT-as-a-Service model where companies no longer have to invest in hardware, software or complex installations, and instead use IT services when they need it. Companies want a reliable partner to help them make the right decisions, integrate the various solutions and take care of tasks that aren’t part of the core business. This requires extra knowledge about applications which we now have on board thanks to our merge with IT-flex,’ says Filip Goos, CEO of Cheops.

The existing partnerships with Microsoft and Oracle will also be strengthened.

Continued investment

IT-flex customers will continue to receive the services they’ve become accustomed to, and all employees are staying on board. The reinforced capacity offers Cheops room to invest and innovate further, work with shared customers more efficiently and use IT to support their competitive advantage.  ‘We’ve been working with Cheops closely for almost ten years now, so we know each other very well,’ say Kristel Heyns and Alain Van Den Bossche, Managing Partners at IT-flex. ‘We share the same flexible, customer-focused approach and corporate culture. Together we have the scalability and strength to further invest in our unique service offering and employees.’
